Litigation & Arbitration
As the business world becomes ever more competitive and regulated, dispute resolution is more important than ever. Our team actively guides our clients by proposing robust and effective solutions to the legal conflicts they face.
We have extensive experience of representing national and international companies, financial and insurance institutions, public corporations and trusts, funds and private investors in matters related to conflicts between shareholders, and contractual and non-contractual liability procedures and implementation of real and personal guarantees, before tribunals of the federal jurisdiction and the common jurisdiction. We also advise on issues regarding family relations, including successions involving assets, both in various states in Mexico and abroad.
We develop Demand or Defense Strategies tailored to each client according to the specific circumstances of the matter, on our expense. An effective defense requires specific knowledge and experience in the industry in which the conflict arises and as a full-service law firm our litigators regularly collaborate with lawyers from our other practices.
We also advise our clients on arbitration and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. The team applies a pragmatic and effective approach to these types of negotiations to achieve optimum results.
The firm offers a comprehensive consultancy service for domestic and international commercial arbitration and conciliation proceedings, institutional private arbitration or ad hoc arbitration proceedings conducted before domestic and international arbitration institutions. We can also advise on the execution of arbitration awards.
We work across a wide range of areas in both the private and public sector, including energy, infrastructure, transport, mining and telecommunications.
