Ms. Acevedo's experience includes:

Corporate Law: Constitution, Merger, Transformation, Dissolution and Liquidation of Companies, as well as the review, drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts. Registration, renewal and updating of the Companies in the National Registry of Foreign Investment (Registro Nacional de Inversión Extranjera).

In the Real Estate area: Sale, lease and loan agreements, registral procedure and consultation, urban development, regularization of real estate through the obtaining of licenses such as: Land Use, Construction Licenses and Notice of Completion of Construction, among others.

Administrative Area: Compliance of Civil Protection, Environmental and Administrative requirements, required by legal regulations; Obtaining licenses and permits such as: Operating License, Environmental License, Registration for Wastewater Discharges, Sole Feasibility Opinion and Civil Protection Permit, among others, all of them, necessary for the proper functioning of businesses, industries and service areas.

Notarial Law: Compliance with formal rules regarding the public instrument, formalization of legal acts.
