Ms. Manríquez focuses on implementing campaigns against piracy and infringing products in Mexico. These campaigns include from consultancy, training for different authorities, as well as executing actions before the Attorney General’s Office (“PFR”), as the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (“IMPI”).

Ms. Manríquez has experience in running, analyzing and reporting results of availability search for trademarks and slogans; advising and drafting license, assignment and franchise agreements; as well as making of record these types of agreements before the Mexican Trademark Office when required. Her activity at the Law Firm includes the implementation of strategies to combat piracy and counterfeiting, including consulting, border measures and criminal raids, as well as administrative and criminal procedures before IMPI and the FGR.

She is member of the Mexican Association for the Protection of Industrial Property (AMPPI)
