Mr. Méndez is a Tax and Constitutional Consultant. His work focuses on analyzing large companies' operating structures to provide them with solutions and recommendations in Tax and Corporate matters based on current national and international regulations.

He also has experience working in Administrative and Constitutional Litigation. He has served as a Public Official in the Electoral Court of the State of Durango, studying and resolving Constitutional Issues related to Public Financing during electoral campaigns. This experience enabled him to put his law knowledge into practice, thus allowing him to provide clear and convincing solutions when assisting clients.

In addition, his knowledge expands to American Legal practice, having worked as a Legal Intern in California for a Non-Governmental organization providing Tax, Legal, and Immigration advice to asylum-seekers and vulnerable clients in the United States.

Similarly, he is a dedicated Lawyer who actively engages in Pro-Bono and Social work. His strong belief in such efforts' positive and transformative effects on society, especially for its most vulnerable segments, drives his commitment. Consequently, he has seized every opportunity during his Legal career to undertake Pro-Bono work, employing a multidisciplinary approach across various sectors. His endeavors span multiple fields geared toward advancing the social causes he remains dedicated to.
