I. Identity and Address.
Jáuregui y del Valle, S.C. (hereinafter, JDV or the Data Controller), with address at Torre Arcos Bosques I, Paseo de los Tamarindos No. 400-B Piso 8, Colonia Bosques de las Lomas, Zip 05120, Alcaldía Cuajimalpa, Mexico City, is the controller of your personal data.
II. Data Controller obtained for processing.
The personal data obtained to comply with the purposes of this privacy notice is the following:
1. Identification data; and
2. Contact data.
JDV informs the Data Subject that no sensitive data is collected and therefore, such data is not processed, for which the Data Subject is asked to refrain from providing such information.
III. Processing purposes.
a. Original purposes.
- Provide information on Data Controller’s services.
- Follow up on requests for information about the services.
- Send information on the services provided by the Data Controller.
- Prepare statistics and historical record of contacts.
- Commercial prospecting.
b. Additional purposes
- Invitations to events related with the services offered by JDV
- Sending newsletters.
IV. Transfer of personal data.
Your personal data will not be transferred to comply with the purposes described above.
V. Exercise of the Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition Rights .
When it is legally appropriate, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO rights) at any time, without the exercise of any one of such rights preventing the exercise of any other such rights.
The relevant request must be submitted in writing to our Personal Data processor, at either our physical address located at Torre Arcos Bosques I, Paseo de los Tamarindos No. 400-B Piso 8, Colonia Bosques de las Lomas, C.P. 05120, Alcaldía Cuajimalpa, Mexico City or by e-mail to info@jaureguiydelvalle.com. The use of electronic media to exercise ARCO rights authorizes the Data Controller to respond to the relevant request using the same media, unless the Data Subject clearly and expressly indicates otherwise.
The request, in accordance with the current regulatory framework, must contain and include the following:
1. Name and address or other media to communicate the response to your request;
2. Documents evidencing your identity or, as applicable, your legal representation;
3. A clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you are seeking to exercise any of the Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition Rights; and
4. Any other element, information or document that enables locating the personal data.
In relation to the Rectification right, the Data Subject will be asked to provide the document that proves the modification of the information that such party wishes to modify.
In the event that the information provided in your request is erroneous or insufficient, or if the necessary documents mentioned in preceding paragraphs are not provided, the Data Controller, within five business days following the receipt of your request, will ask you to correct the deficiencies in order to process it. You will have a term of ten business days to comply with such request, calculated as of the day following the date of receipt thereof. If you do not provide a response within such term, your request will be deemed as not submitted.
When the request complies with all the aforementioned requirements, the Data Controller, within no more than twenty business days as of the date of receipt the relevant request, will notify the determination adopted. If the request is granted, it will be effective within fifteen business days after the date on which the Data Controller communicates the response.
You will be responsible for keeping your personal data updated during the processing thereof by the Data Controller. Therefore, you guarantee and agree to be liable, in any event, for the truthfulness, accuracy, effectiveness and authenticity of the personal data provided, and further agree to keep such data duly updated and to communicate any change to the Data Controller.
VI. Revocation of Consent.
The data subject is informed that he/she may revoke his/her consent for the processing of personal data granted to JDV, provided that such revocation does not result in an inability to comply with any legal relationship that may be created.
Due to the foregoing, the data subject may request such revocation, in accordance with the procedure provided in the section entitled “Exercise of ARCO Rights”.
VII. Options and methods to limit the use or disclosure of personal data.
You may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by addressing the relevant request to our Personal Data Department. The requirements to prove your identity, as well as the procedure to address your request will be the same as those provided for the exercise of ARCO rights.
The Data Controller has the necessary means and procedures to ensure the inclusion of some of your data in proprietary exclusion lists, when you expressly request the inclusion of such data therein.
The Data Controller will provide the corresponding registration certificate to data subjects who request it.
VIII. Automatic media to collect personal data.
JDV uses third-party cookies to facilitate navigation and generate statistical information on the www.jaureguiydelvalle.com website. If you browse through this site we may collect, analyze and retain technical information related with your browsing habits and use of such services, through such electronic media that allow collecting this information automatically, at the precise moment the user uses our electronic services.

IX. Procedure or media through which JDV will communicate changes to the privacy notice.
JDV may amend, at its sole discretion, the contents of this privacy notice and will communicate any such changes to you through its website www.jaureguiydelvalle.com or otherwise, if the communication was effected through electronic media or other means of communication that the Data Controller and you determined as a communication channel between you and the Data Controller.
