Starting this year, we have decided to further strengthen our leadership team with the addition of three new partners.
Dulce María Hirota Infante holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting and she has over 25 years of experience advising on Corporate and International Taxation for national and international clients across various sectors operating in Mexico. Her expertise includes tax planning and consulting, tax compliance work, M&A, due diligence, double taxation treaties, audits/procedures with Mexican tax authorities, tax refunds (income tax and VAT), AML, and a certification in the Prevention of Transactions of Illicit Resources.
Isadora Thurm Filardi Pereira holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and she has over 12 years of experience in transfer pricing practice. Throughout her career, she has advised national and multinational companies from various sectors, bringing her expertise in the planning and implementation of transactional strategies, documentation of related-party transactions, debt structure analysis, valuation of businesses, equities, portfolios and intangible assets, among others.
Martha Ruth Celis Jimenez holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and she has over 15 years of experience in the Intellectual Property field, primarily focused on trademark litigation, copyright, and unfair competition. Her expertise also includes combating piracy, handling administrative and regulatory actions related to Intellectual Property protection. Additionally, she has expanded her practice to encompass the protection of cultural heritage and personal data, offering specialized consulting and litigation services in these areas.
