Xantil specializes in the protection, defense, and enforcement of Intellectual Property rights of national and multinational companies from various industry sectors, such as Media, Sports, Food and Beverages, Fashion, Pharmaceutical, Culture, Internet, and Video Games.

During his practice, Xantil has participated in complex Intellectual Property Litigation cases before the Mexican Trademark and Patent Office (IMPI), Appeal Courts, and Federal Courts, obtaining favorable results for its clients and implementing innovative strategies related to Unfair Competition, Non-Traditional Distinctive Signs, Inventions and Accumulated Protection, Image Rights, Neighboring rights, Human Rights and Safeguard and authorized use of Cultural Heritage.

He also has extensive experience in Counseling, Litigation, and Project Development related to Copyright and Entertainment Law.

Finally, his practice includes Privacy, Personal Data Protection, and Cybersecurity, overcoming unfavorable determinations of the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI), as well as collaborating in the development of preventive and corrective strategies related to Security Breaches and Cybercrime.
