Leslie Sanchez focuses her experience in the Intellectual Property area, mainly in providing comprehensive legal services for obtaining and maintenance the distinctive signs of national and foreign clients. Likewise, she is in charge of providing advice on Intellectual Property matters, carrying out all types of procedures for the maintenance of trademark rights, conducting trademark availability searches, conducting oppositions against applications that represent a risk against prior rights obtained by clients, preparing analyses, reports and legal strategies to overcome objections issued by the IMPI to obtain registrations, as well as preparing responses to official actions and provisional refusals issued.
Additionally, her experience, responsibility and attention to detail allows her to carry out management and surveillance activities of large trademark portfolios of national and foreign clients.
