Ms. Almeyra specializes in labor and employment consulting, advising national and international companies in relation to the labor obligations that employers have and must fulfill under Mexican labor legislation, supporting the day-to-day operations of companies and participating in audits of merger and acquisition operations.

Lic. Almeyra is a Junior Attorney with more than 5 years of experience in Labor Consulting, successfully advising various companies in relation to the rights and obligations that companies have in Mexico in accordance with Labor Legislation. Her Consulting experience includes:
• Providing Labor Consulting on the day-to-day operations of the clients, mainly focusing on the compliance with Labor and Social Security Legislation, alongside employers’ obligations.
• Participating in Mergers and Acquisitions of companies, auditing of the Labor and Social Security documentation, containing risk and due diligence reports of companies.
She is well experienced in resolving individual and collective Labor Litigations, conducting negotiations with unions for the preparation of collective bargaining agreements and resolving of collective disputes.
Ms. Almeyra contributed on the 6th edition of ‘Global Legal Insights - Employment & Labor Law’, preparing the Labor Law in Mexico chapter, in 2017 and 2018.
Ms. Almeyra contributed on ‘Employment & Labor Laws 2020’ of International Comparative Legal Guides, preparing the Labor Law in Mexico chapter.
