Mr. Covarrubias has vast experience in Civil, Constitutional, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Litigation, he had represented national and international clients in civil and commercial disputes (both in and out of court), including oral trials, summary proceedings, ordinary proceedings, request for precautionary measures, punitive damages, commercial insolvency proceedings, and amparo trials.
His experience and knowledge allow him to design specialized legal advice at Civil & Commercial Litigation and give specialized legal protection strategies with a multidisciplinary approach on the protection of Civil Rights for the clients.
Mr. Juan Pablo has been involved in numerous litigations matters both at the local and federal levels, which has enabled him to effectively handle litigation on a federal scale.
In addition, his practice includes, reviewing corporate meetings for commercial entities and prepared specialized legal counsel on civil and commercial matters, reviewing and drafting commercial agreements and designing highly effective strategies also out of court in these areas.
