Mr. Morales is an Associate Attorney experienced in Rights’ Defense of individuals against acts issued by administrative and tax authorities. He is well experienced in lawsuits filed in Local and Federal Administrative Courts (Federal Court of Administrative Justice), alongside courts of the Federal Judicial Authority. He previously worked at the Third Metropolitan Regional Chamber of the Federal Court of Administrative Justice.
Mr. Morales also has experience in the attention and fulfillment of requirements formulated by the Tax Administration Service when it is in the exercise of its powers of verification in Tax Matters or of verification visits in the area of Anti Money Laundering (“AML”).
Prior to joining Jauregui y Del Valle, S.C., Mr. Morales worked at Ernst and Young ("EY") in the area of "International Tax and Transaction Services", advising several companies in connection with the application of International Tax treaties and, in due course, defending their interests before the Administrative Courts.
