Mr. Guillermo Pato has more than six years of experience advising and supporting national and multinational companies, from different sectors, in the planning, coordination and compliance in Transfer Pricing matters.
Throughout his career, he has been supporting different multinational companies providing advice on Transfer Pricing. His activities include the preparation of different Transfer Pricing documentation, such as Benchmark reports, studies, Local Files, Master Files, Country by Country, among others. Additionally, he has been participating in strategic tax planning, taxpayer defense in transfer pricing audits, alternative mechanisms for dispute resolution, and unilateral and bilateral advance pricing agreements.
Before joining Jáuregui y Del Valle, S.C., Guillermo worked with KPMG and BaseFirma, where he participated in and was responsible for several national and international transfer pricing projects.
His expertise lies in designing, with a critical, analytical and proactive sense, transfer pricing strategies that meet the needs of each client, thus ensuring optimal and favorable results for taxpayers.
