Mr. Solano has over 20 years of experience advising clients at Jáuregui y Del Valle, S.C., which has enabled him to provide tailored made solutions on very complex issues.

Mr. Solano has been Statutory Examiner of the Board of Cámara de Comercio del Canadá en México, A.C. (CANCHAM), during approximately 20 years, and Member of the Legal Committee of American Chamber of Commerce of México, A.C. (AMCHAM) for over 25 years. Currently, Mr. Solano is Member of ANADE (Asociación Nacional de Abogados de Empresa, A.C.)
