Ms. Leaños specializes in tax consultancy, including domestic and cross-border transactions, estate planning within the Private Client area, real estate investment fund restructurings, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations. She also has experience in procedures before the Large Taxpayers Administration related to VAT and income tax refunds. Her Master’s degree in International Tax Law (LL.M.) from the Vienna University of Economics and Business enables her to navigate and advise clients across complex global tax landscapes.
