Mr. Juárez has extensive experience and is known for his professional approach in Tax matters involving one or more jurisdictions.
At Jáuregui y Del Valle, S.C., Mr. Juárez advises domestic and foreign clients on Tax-Efficient Structuring of complex transactions. Also, within the Firm, he advises clients on Pre-Immigration Planning and Succession matters for individuals and corporations with heirs residing in Mexico or abroad. His experience includes preparing Trust Agreements and Treaty Interpretations concluded by Mexico to avoid double taxation, drafting Commercial Agreements, and Structuring project financing alternatives.
In order to provide a complete service to clients investing abroad, Mr. Juárez works closely with the teams in charge of preparing Tax returns both in Mexico and abroad to comply with all the obligations contained in the applicable Tax laws.
