His experience focuses on tax planning structures for individuals and legal entities resident for tax purposes in Mexico and/or abroad. He has advised several clients in the energy and automotive industry in order to carry out their activities in Mexico and comply with the Mexican tax legislation. Additionally, he has advised several individuals regarding their tax and estate planning.
On the other hand, he has been involved in the structuring of real estate projects as legal advisor of investment funds and real estate developers. His experience is focused on financial and real estate advisory, supporting his clients in the structuring of loans and the elaboration of structures to develop the corresponding real estate project.
