Alejandro focuses on administrative litigation, penalty proceedings and complaints derived from contracting procedures in public bids, invitations to at least three persons and direct awards, processing and preparation of resolution drafts, administrative liabilities of public officers, integration of complaints, claims and investigations, real estate matters within the Federal Public Administration, divestiture and disposal of real estate properties, constitutional matters, processing and preparation of judgments in indirect Amparo proceedings.

Alejandro is also a Professor of the Constitutional Rights Course within the School of Law’s distance learning program.
